Building Asbestos Investigations

Before the investigation, out staff will review all available building plan, previous asbestos accessment report. Depend on the types of work and facility on the premise, out staff will provide a recommendation plan base on the level of inspection you need.

  • ⋇ Perform visual examination for suspect materials
  • ⋇ Bulk Samples carefully collected and send suspect materials to lab testing for presence of asbestos.
  • ⋇ Assessing condition and location of ACBM and other characteristics of the building.
  • ⋇ Provide a detail asbestos investigation survey where the ACM is located or might be located, and/or filing to D.E.P. for Asbestos Accessment Report if the condition and information fulfill their requirements.
